without using mail- Enhancing the Power of project consolidation
with resource assignment

projects.
Creating inter-project links that carry inter-project
slack using standard Project tools, applying these links to
the individual projects as interface milestones.
Grouping resources for high-level management
analysis - a true
Multi-project resource leveling of selected consolidated and
resource grouped projects, to dynamically
analyze corporate and department forecasts.

originating projects.

There are two areas in Multi-Project: Project managers build projects in Project Leader using standards and send them to the Multi-Project Manager; and Department, resource and portfolio managers use Multi-Project Manager for resource groups, to consolidate and link projects, to analyze and level resource usage, and to send target schedules and interface milestones back to project managers.
